Responsibilities:
- Shape and nurture a high-performing culture and create a talent advantage within our organisation.
- Provide strategic and hands-on HR guidance to retain and engage top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead employee capability efforts and oversee leadership appointments, movements, and promotions to support organisational growth and development.
- Drive performance and talent management processes, fostering continuous improvement and employee development.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.
- Handle employee relations matters with a focus on compliance and best practices, ensuring a respectful workplace environment.
- Support leaders in addressing their HR needs, providing coaching and guidance in performance management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing practices and driving departmental performance.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.
