Responsibilities:

  • Shape and nurture a high-performing culture and create a talent advantage within our organisation.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on HR guidance to retain and engage top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead employee capability efforts and oversee leadership appointments, movements, and promotions to support organisational growth and development.
  • Drive performance and talent management processes, fostering continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.
  • Handle employee relations matters with a focus on compliance and best practices, ensuring a respectful workplace environment.
  • Support leaders in addressing their HR needs, providing coaching and guidance in performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing practices and driving departmental performance.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.
