POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Paid Performance Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in formulating and executing comprehensive digital paid media strategies aimed at enhancing online reputation and driving business growth for the brands we work with. You will be responsible for evaluating data, defining target audiences, crafting multi-channel initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and conducting analysis to optimize campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Five years of proven success in planning and managing paid digital media campaigns.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing.
· GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification) preferred.
· Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Experience in the fashion or sports retail industry is a plus.

· Formulate and execute comprehensive digital paid media strategies.
· Evaluate and interpret data from social platforms, Google, and revenue reports.
· Define target audiences and understand their characteristics and behaviors.
· Craft and implement paid multi-channel initiatives to surpass campaign objectives.
· Engage with stakeholders to communicate the advantages of digital paid media.
· Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients and agency partners.
· Monitor paid media channels closely to ensure alignment with objectives.
· Conduct tracking and quality assurance of proofs for cost-effective solutions.
· Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
