SENIOR PANEL DESIGN MANAGER
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Panel Design Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of control panels for industrial automation projects. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, control panel design, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex control solutions.

Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer with a focus on control panel design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and develop team of electrical controls engineers.
- Manage and allocate project budget.
- Lead the design and layout of electrical control panels for industrial automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Develop detailed electrical schematics and drawings for control panels.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate control panels into overall system designs.
- Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for control and monitoring functions.
- Specify and select appropriate electrical components for control panels, considering functionality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive documentation, including panel layouts, wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and user manuals.
