Our client, a growth-stage AdTech business, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts relating to digital advertising such as NDAs, customer contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Supporting matters relating to Data Protection/Privacy, Advertising, Trade Marks/Patents, and Employment.
• Drafting and updating contract templates and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparing and providing presentations, policies, and training materials.
• Supporting the general day-to-day legal requirements of the business, such as carrying out admin tasks and dealing with ad-hoc queries from stakeholders.
• Working closely with a range of departments across the business to provide strategic and commercially-focused advice.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum of two years of paralegal experience, ideally in a similar commercial in-house environment.
• Strong experience in connection with the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Good commercial awareness, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• A team-player with a positive attitude towards your work, and an enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
