DRIVE TESTING AND REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Work with Product Owner and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into requirements.
  • Schedule, plan and lead requirement gathering and review meetings and then communicate key decisions and action items.
  • Review and provide feedback on test scenarios and test cases to accurate interpretation of the requirements.

Relationship Management with Internal and External Stakeholders:

  • Establish a close working relationship with external stakeholders and internal Payments Canada teams in order to effectively deliver on key responsibilities for this role.
  • Attend and participate in various meetings with vendors, industry participants and/or regulators.
