KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end payroll, including the maintenance of employee details within payroll systems, maintenance of employee personnel files, payroll processing, all legislative on-cost processing, reporting requirements and payment and end of year payment summary processing
- Ensure payment of all pay related on costs such as PAYG taxation, payroll tax and workers compensation premiums is completed before due date
- Create and balance superannuation files monthly for payment
- Responsible for compiling Employee payment summaries at end of year including preparation, reconciliation, addition of FBT amounts and distribution (via ATO portal)
- Assisting team members with checking of different pay runs, reports and calculations as required.
- Manage the month end reporting process
