Job Description
Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can priotise your day to ensure you meet deadlines.
You will be responsible for reviewing and processing salaries (including bonuses), CPF and other statutory contributions of existing and new employees.
Using your experience, you will review and assist in preparation and filling of necessary employee return and reports with the appropriate government authorities.
Ensure that payroll processing policies and procedures are strictly being complied at all times.
You will need to ensure accuracy, promptness and conformance to statutory and company requirements in all payroll related transactions.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a must have for this role to build relationships across the business. You will also need to build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or its equivalent
  • Min 3 - 5 year(s) of payroll processing with supervisory capacity; junior candidates will be considered for the officer role
  • Experience in TIMESOFT system preferred.
  • Well accustomed to the regulations of Employment Act, CPF and Employee Tax regulations.
  • Above includes administering annual leave/medical leave/resignation and settlement.
  • Independent and can be relied upon to meet different monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
