Randstad is proud to be partnering with our client who is a highly regarded services provider doing great work within the community. Due to ongoing growth they are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer or highly experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time basis in a newly created role.

About the role:
Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader you will be responsible for full end-to-end payroll processing. Your duties will include:
- Processing deductions, entitlements, superannuation, payroll tax, new starters, terminations, redundancies, workers compensation, LSL calculations and payments, etc.
- Preparation of end of month and end of year reports
- Providing a high level of customer service while assisting employees with their queries
- Participating in payroll projects
About you:
You are an experienced Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer with a high level of attention to detail. In addition, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processing
- Experience working in a large, complex environment
- Experience using a large system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
