QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND BACKGROUND:

• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience
• Experience with Dayforce system preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• End-to-end understanding of payroll operations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in payroll software systems
• Recent experience with terminations, redundancy calculations, superannuation, payroll tax, work cover, and PAYG
• Ability to manage payroll queries, delegate tasks, investigate anomalies, and prioritize workload
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Interpretation of awards and agreements
• Adaptable to ad hoc duties as required.
