KEY SKILLS REQUIRED OF THE SENIOR PENSIONS SOLICITOR

• The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
• Previous experience dealing with pensions disputes.
• Excellent knowledge of current Pensions legislation and commercial awareness.

• Advising employers and trustees on a broad range of pension related issues including occupational pension schemes.
• Managing litigation on behalf of clients.
• Active involvement in the Birmingham Pensions Dispute team’s business development and the supervising/mentoring of junior team members.
