The opportunity
An exciting opportunity to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate data representation, user testing, and secure content sharing to support the People Function’s data & analytics needs.
In this role you will design, develop, and deploy analytic solutions by partnering with appropriate business groups to identify areas of analytic opportunity and utilizing available tools to deliver sustainable solutions. You will provide expert knowledge to stakeholders, advising on how reports and dashboards can be/are designed to meet their needs.
A key part of this role will be the ability to take large or complex data sets or requirements and create a simplified approach, working to create new solutions to complex problems.

Your new role

  • Engage with teams across the People Function to understand, design, and document detailed requirements for Power BI solutions, in line with high-level requirements and strategic objectives
  • Provide analytics subject matter expertise and recommendations for continuous improvement of People Analytics
  • Lead implementation of solutions in Power BI, capturing detailed requirements with Senior Manager, People Analytics and users across the People Function
  • Lead training and support of other People Data & Analytics team members as well as users of dashboards and reports
  • Implement new Power BI development process controls to ensure consistent delivery of high quality insights

Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2/3 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.

About you

  • Significant experience in the People Analyst space, preferably within embedding new technology and ways of working to ensure end-user adoption
  • Ability to collaborate and negotiate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders while taking a methodical approach to problem-solve and evaluate complex data
  • Communicate with clarity to ensure common understanding of proposed solutions
  • Analytical thinking and comfortable with numbers
  • Mining data to effectively and simply present findings
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
