We’re seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our People Business Partner team. You’ll spearhead initiatives to optimize the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. As a strategic advisor to management, you’ll anticipate company needs, champion employee advocacy, and drive transformative change. Collaborating across departments, you’ll deliver tailored solutions aligned with our strategic objectives. As a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, the incumbent will play a critical role in shaping the strategy of the divisions they support in alignment with organizational goals. What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Partnership and Advisory: Serve as a strategic partner to executives and senior management, leveraging your expertise to guide workforce optimization, talent development, and performance enhancement measures. Offer nuanced insights and actionable recommendations to drive results against business goals.
  • Performance Excellence Leadership: Lead the charge in fostering a culture of performance excellence by offering comprehensive guidance to managers and employees on performance management strategies. Design and implement tailored initiatives to nurture high-potential talent, cultivate development pathways, and optimize compensation structures.
  • Holistic Talent Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition and Finance, to develop and execute holistic talent management strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to anticipate and address hiring needs, attrition trends, and organizational growth objectives with agility and precision.
  • Change Management and Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for organizational improvement and innovation. Partner with senior leadership utilizing strong influential skills to navigate complex change initiatives, inspiring and empowering stakeholders to embrace transformational strategies that drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements by providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and organizational restructuring efforts. Mitigate risk through proactive compliance measures and strategic alignment with legal counsel and Executive Leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and synergy across business units and functions by developing a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and interdependencies. Champion initiatives that promote cross-functional alignment, optimize resource allocation and drive operational excellence.
  • Technology Integration and Optimization: Collaborate in the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge HR technologies and systems to streamline processes, utilizing data-driven people analytics to elevate the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6+ years of experience within an HR function, with 4+ years as a Business Partner
  • Excellent communication skills and accustomed to working in a highly collaborative/high-functioning People team
  • Strong business acumen, relationship-building, consultative, and influencing skills
  • Professionalism and positivity; role model and culture carrier
  • Superior problem-solving skills working in consistent ambiguity with end-to-end thinking
  • Operates consistently with agility, autonomy, and informed discretion
  • Has a strong work ethic and consistently contributes to the overall productivity of the team
  • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter
  • Analytical and resourceful - able to seek out data and trends to help inform decisions and recommendations to the business

The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to 12% of base salary.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
