About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven Senior Advisor – People and Culture, to join our growing business. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role would suit someone looking to step up from a HR Advisor role, alongside an opportunity to make a direct impact with key stakeholders across the business using your superior relationship building skills and technical HR knowledge.
As an active change agent, this busy and varied role will provide guidance and advice on standard HR matters whilst supporting and executing multiple team and business initiatives and projects with a focus on employee engagement, retention and continuous improvement.
Working in a small but impactful HR team, your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of escalation and resolution for HR related queries, issues and grievances.
Providing ER/IR advice in response to performance/employment issues and/or conduct matters.
Alongside the P&C team, support and execute on all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an exceptional employee experience - exit/stay interviews, induction/onboarding, I&D, wellbeing and social initiatives, learning and development, talent acquisition, etc.
Prepare and draft impactful reports, presentations, policies, procedures, process maps and letters to support our business and stakeholders in the best way.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR function.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About you
A passion for HR and IR, coupled with strong practical experience and technical knowledge.
1- 2 years of hands on HR Advisor experience focused on the delivery of activities across the employee lifecycle.
Ability to build strong working relationships across all layers of the business – from undergraduate to Partner.
A team focused approach with a strong ability to multitask, manage and prioritise multiple stakeholders, requests and initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working autonomously in an unstructured, fluid and collaborative work environment.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
Prior experience in a professional services organisation is preferable but not essential.
