Responsibilities:
The People & Culture team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
This position will ensure stakeholders are provided with the requisite HR tools and business intelligence to make informed decisions about their employees through the provision of accurate and timely reporting of all HR related functions using a broad range of information sources.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Develop and implement strategies for the application of business intelligence across the HR portfolio in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in translating business needs to technical specifications.
- Creation and maintenance of cyclical and ad hoc reports including but not limited to developing and publishing via diagnostic tools as well as develop and execute database queries (SQL).
