QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field OR proven hands-on experience in the areas of data analytics, preferably in the HR/People related domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software e.g, SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, data visualization tools (Looker).
- Experience with WorkTango and/or other performance management software is an asset.
- Experience with extracting and understanding data from HRIS systems (such as ADP)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to data driven stakeholders. A creative storyteller with a passion for people data specifically.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and forward thinking trends as it relates to people in the workplace.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information with strong attention detail to ensure privacy and integrity of data.

The People Analytics function at Fullscript will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing and interpreting Talent & Culture (T&C) data to provide actionable insights that drive our talent strategies and foster positive employee experiences. This role will work closely with our Talent and Culture team, leaders and cross functional teams to help us make informed decisions regarding our workforce.
