We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our awesome People team as Senior People Director and manage the day-to-day operations of the team. If you are someone who is passionate about talent and working with people, we would absolutely love to hear from you!

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • People Operations: oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the People Team, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits planning, and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: oversee efforts in attracting top talent to Paymentology and foster a supportive culture that encourages long-term employee engagement and growth.
  • People Management: manage and lead the people team, setting goals, and ensuring effective delivery of our people services to the organisation.
  • Policy Development: develop and implement People policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Support: oversee employee support services, such as training, development, and employee assistance and well-being programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: responsible for People data analysis, reporting, and metrics to support decision-making and strategy development, this would include our engagement surveys
