ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior People Operations Advisor to join us on a 12-24 month fixed term contract, providing support to our teams based in the UK, US, Canada and Germany. Reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition and People Experience, you will partner closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally (employees, payroll provider, PEOs, EORs, etc.) to contribute to the smooth running of our People Operations team. If you have broad people ops experience covering the UK, US and Germany then this is a great opportunity to join our innovative and highly collaborative team.
Ideally you will be based in Berlin but we are also open to candidates based more broadly across Germany or the UK. There is also the possibility of working part time (4 days a week).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will cover a broad range of people operations tasks, e.g. onboarding/offboarding, employment contract management, payroll, certificate preparation and leave management (parental leave, etc.).
- You will be responsible for carrying out our monthly or bi-monthly payroll in Germany, the UK, US and Canada and coordinating payroll with our external EOR agency, Papaya Global, in all other locations (worldwide).
- You will help us to improve our internal HR processes as well as automation where needed
- You will be responsible for coordinating the end-of-year open enrolment in the US in collaboration with our PEO “Vensure”.
- You’ll take care of all topics surrounding benefits and payroll.
- Together with our other People Operations Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all stakeholder and employee HR requests and queries.
