Responsibilities:

LOCATION OF THE ROLE: MUNICH, GERMANY (REMOTE)

As a Senior People Operations Manager at TrustYou, you will be based in Germany and work remotely, part time up to 20hrs a week (min 16hrs). You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support in all people-related matters for our teams all over the globe. IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY…..

  • Preparation of payroll data input and handling payroll management
  • Being responsible for all administrative HR tasks and processes along the employee life-cycle (from onboarding to offboarding) in close collaboration with our People Operations Manager
  • Closely working with our senior management and other stakeholders to ensure professional and compliant HR processes and activities
  • Providing expert advice and guidance in all people operations related matters, aligned with legal requirements and our company’s policies
  • Owning the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and company guidelines
  • Managing annually recurring HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management cycle, employee surveys etc.
  • Liaising with external service providers and partners
  • Managing our HR system and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Defining HR KPIs and metrics and report to senior management
  • Supporting audits and prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for our finance department and our senior management
  • Covering for the People Operations Manager during absence
