Description:

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR roles, in a global tech environment
  • Passion and ability to thrive in remote - first environment, driving collaboration asynchronously
  • An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, applying working in iterations in day to day activities (many small steps, rather than few big steps).
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and other People Technology systems to constantly improve our processes, all while keeping the focus on positive and seamless employee experience

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage employee lifecycle administration, drive projects aimed at continuously enhancing the employee experience, and take a proactive approach to identify and implement changes. This position will collaborate closely with the People Business Partner, Learning & Development, and Equity, Performance & Engagement teams to cultivate an exceptional experience for the People Team and Camundi.
This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Most of the customers that you’ll work with are based in the DACH region, an overlap in working hours is required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Engaging Employee Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of employee lifecycle processes post-onboarding such as leaves of absence, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for employees.
  • Data Integrity and HRIS Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS) through precise data entry and processing of personal information.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation: Document, implement, and enhance processes, procedures, and programs related to the employee lifecycle. Regularly review processes for optimization and scalability, seeking automation opportunities and leveraging technology.
  • Employee Support and Self-Service: Act as a trusted advisor for employee and manager inquiries, prioritizing handbook documentation. Enable employees to self-solve issues by ensuring comprehensive documentation and promoting an asynchronous work environment.
  • Operational Collaboration: Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Equity & Engagement teams to operationalize programs, manage organizational changes, and address sensitive matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
