As a Senior People Ops Tech Consultant at ASB Bank, you will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting our ServiceNow platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily administration, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow.
- Customise and roll out new applications and modules.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement ITSM best practices
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and develop automation scripts
- Provide support, create technical documentation, and conduct training sessions
- Ensure platform security, integrity, and compliance with standards.
