PERMANENT – 37.5 HOURS A WEEK - MONDAY – FRIDAY

We see Human Resources as People & Performance. As our Senior People & Performance Business Partner, you will work closely with two divisions of AB Agri as a key member of a cross functional team, covering a full range of activities including supporting the definition and implementation of our divisional people strategy, post-acquisition integration processes, payroll integrations, implementation of group policies and procedures, projects associated with reward and benefit frameworks as well as talent and development identification. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Employment relations – including employment and tax regulations.
  • Performance and absence management.
  • Succession planning, organisational development, and change processes.
  • Employee engagement.

To be successful in this role were looking for a pro-active approach and a passion for excellence when it comes to people with the ability to influence and support international cross functional teams with the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Experience of German HR/employment law experience ideally with experience of working in an international business.
  • Fluent in both German and English both verbal and written.
  • Effective relationship building with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic approach with initiative and flair for continuous improvement.

LOCATION

For this role we are looking for someone who has the ability to travel and support our teams in the UK, Germany and Vienna. Our office in Germany is based in Kiel therefore we are looking for someone who can work on a hybrid pattern from Kiel.
