About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria’s Supreme, County, Magistrates’, Children’s, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group’.
About the Role
As a Senior People Services Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing essential support to our People Services team. Your responsibilities will include the provision of exceptional client services across various facets of HR, including People Advisory and Talent Acquisition.
You will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient administration systems and processes, contributing to the enhancement of our service delivery objectives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support key business services and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.
Collaboration and relationship-building with stakeholders will be key aspects of this role, ensuring effective planning and project management activities. You will also assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and guidelines related to People Services governance and performance.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with a proven track record in large and complex organisations. Your demonstrated HR experience, coupled with strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to deliver, think critically and problem-solve, will be invaluable in this role. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks amidst competing priorities are essential traits we are looking for.
Your qualifications, whether through a relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience, will bolster your application. Above all, we are seeking someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills.
