Senior People Specialist, APEMEA
All About Us
APEMEA People & Capability (P&C) team is responsible for partnering with business leaders across the 3 regions and our global COE colleagues to lead and drive people priorities and initiatives to enable accomplishment of organizational and business goals/priorities. We are looking for a senior People Specialist to join our team and support various P&C programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports data tracking and reporting around key projects, goals, metrics, and success criteria, and track progress against key performance indicators and to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness
  • The projects/initiatives could cover a broad range of topics (e.g. Workforce Planning and Analytics, Change Management and Organizational Development, Early Career Talents, Culture Change, Workforce reskilling and upskilling, Employee Experience, Continuous improvement, and P&C communications)
  • Support with organization and execution of APEMEA P&C virtual events
  • Support with internal communications around the impact of P&C projects by using data and success stories to illustrate business outcomes to key stakeholders
  • Provides Workday administrative support where required such as org/ job changes, position creation, data updates etc

All About You

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and/or complex projects simultaneously and drive results within established timelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver flawless execution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
