Description:
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Act as a People & Talent business partner to the Head of Singapore and the Singapore Executive Board to help further build out the organization
- Manage the People and Talent function in Singapore in close alignment with the Group Head of People & Talent
- Identify and close local strategic capability gaps
- Lead People & Talent growth initiatives, such as training and development
- Provide senior expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Help solution and facilitate the implementation of strategic organizational projects through proper change management
- Ensure Sygnum culture is lived by all
- Be responsible for overall functioning of office locations Singapore and manage relevant outsourcing partners
