This is an exciting Senior Performance Analyst role where you will have the opportunity to join a Debt Recovery business where you will be responsible for driving the performance of the recoveries portfolio. You will be implementing the strategy to maximise collections and increase the profitability of the business.

THE ROLE

You will be doing the following daily:

  • One of the main responsibilities of this role is to enhance the performance of the recoveries portfolio by implementing strategic measures.
  • A significant focus of the role revolves around conducting in-depth performance analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • The team is tasked with maximising collections from the debt provided by clients, employing tailored strategies to achieve this objective effectively.
  • Operating within monthly cycles, the role involves conducting regular reviews with clients to assess portfolio performance and strategize accordingly.
  • Central to the role is the optimisation of collection processes, ensuring that debt collection agencies deploy appropriate tactics such as timely letter dispatch to consumers.
  • This includes comprehensive reporting on various debt types and their expected performance, providing insights for further enhancement.
  • Continuous monitoring of collection activity is a crucial aspect of the role to track progress and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
  • Additionally, the role requires the exploration of different treatment methods tailored to specific segments within the portfolio to maximise recovery rates.
  • Beyond analytics and operations, there’s a sales aspect to the role, involving convincing clients of the most effective approaches to debt collection, thereby fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
