Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Vidyard is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (12 month contract) to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation, you will lead our performance marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, conversion, revenue growth, and improve campaign efficiency.
This role is pivotal in shaping Vidyard’s future by developing and executing data-driven strategies across paid channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimizing our paid media program for maximum impact. This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THIS ROLE AND YOUR NEW TEAM:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Looker, Excel or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of how first-party data, conversion tracking, and attribution models work together.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple paid channels, with a focus on maximizing ROIs and lead quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating on strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and delivering against growth targets.
