In this role (remote-first), you will spearhead the development and execution of SEM and SEO strategies, conduct technical SEO audits, optimize organic search rankings, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns. With over 6 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SEM platforms, social media, and P2P channels, along with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM and SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website performance and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct routine competitive analysis to assess the SEO and SEM performance of industry peers, enabling data-driven refinements of our internal strategies as needed.
  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
  • Build assets required to execute campaigns and experiments, including landing pages, and creative.
  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, paid social, P2P sites and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Manage and optimize marketing spend in paid channels to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition ROI.
  • Proficiently provide ROI reporting for each paid marketing channel
  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Present regular reports to team, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
