Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be a visionary marketer responsible for the ownership, development and execution of paid search and social campaigns across a portfolio of 6 growing brands.
You will take ownership of developing and optimising multi-channel paid media strategies, including budget management, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, while driving the overall paid media strategy. The ideal candidate will need to be a strategic thinker whilst loving the detail. You’ll need to have deep technical expertise with true passion for leading impactful and growth-driven digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, implement and optimise high-impact paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Meta & LinkedIn to drive growth
  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics; derive insights; refine campaigns ensuring budget efficiency; and maximum ROI
  • Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance audience targeting for maximum campaign effectiveness
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align paid search initiatives with UFC’s mission to inspire lifestyle freedom
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve maximum ROI while supporting our cause
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends ensuring a continual test & learn approach, focused on best practice
