The purpose of this role is to shape and deliver data-led campaigns and targeted lifecycle planning through marketing automation and audience segmentation using Salesforce Pardot, reporting to the CRM Manager and dotted line to Global Salesforce Pardot Lead (Technology).

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:• Collaborates with marketing managers to develop and deploy digital campaigns as well as respective forms and landing pages• Collaborates with the marketing team to understand and strategise the execution and process flow of campaign types for effective list management and marketing programmes• Works with sales and marketing teams on pipeline development, reporting and dashboard creation• Assists in the development of Salesforce CRM processes related to lead generation, pipeline development, data integrity and system integrations• Maintains consistency in reporting at all times• Assists with database cleanup projects to ensure health and quality of the data for optimal segmenting in marketing automation• Works with the marketing team on marketing events and initiatives
