ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who is an experienced PA with extensive experience working in an international law firm. Your key skills and experience will follow as:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools and other systems implemented by the firm.
  • Experience using Worksite, Expert Time Intapp and InterAction desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner and competent knowledge of telephone system.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and team skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible, proactive and dependable, able to take the initiative.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
  • Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others.
  • Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solutions focussed

Responsibilities:

We have a great opportunity to join our Dubai office on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Senior Personal Assistant (PA).
As a Senior PA you will be required to provide a team of fee earners (comprising 1-2 partners and 5-6 Associates/Paralegals) with the administrative support they need to provide seamless legal services to clients.
Your role will include assisting in all aspects of the management and execution of their fee earners’ day to day workload by providing exceptional and proactive administrative support. You will take an active interest in and obtain a thorough understanding of all aspects of client requirements to provide exceptional service levels to both fee earners and clients.
