You’ll be in charge of managing firm events, maintaining supply levels, assisting with human resource tasks, managing the schedules of our management team, making travel arrangements, coordinating promotional opportunities for the firm, and assisting the leadership team with email management, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
  • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
  • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
  • Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
  • Manage firm events and promotional opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
