Description:
To dispense clinically screened prescriptions including labelling, preparation, assembly and dispensing accurately in a timely manner. To be responsible for managing the supply of high-cost ophthalmology drugs (e.g. Eylea, Lucentis) and booking out in a timely manner to ensure trust income is maximised. To maintain and develop the use of pre-packs medicines for patients in the REU to facilitate near patient dispensing.
To order and dispense cytotoxic injectable preparations like MMC and Fluorouracil for use on REU. To assist with returns and destructions of medications from Wards. * Previous applicants need not to apply **
