About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide physiotherapy clinical services in the Rehabilitation Service. This service supports adult patients of all ages, who have care needs which require them to undertake intensive therapy programs to help improve general function to reach an optimum level of ability. This service assists patients with planning a discharge to a destination which meets their needs.
About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

• Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
• Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in providing physiotherapy clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques, or methods require expansion, adaptation, or modification, without the need for direct regular clinical practice supervision.
• Apply clinical evidence to practice to support continuous improvement of quality service delivery
• Independently manage one’s own professional development requirements.
