Description:
Responsibilities:
- Advising on retail and leisure development and asset management, including understanding operator requirements and assisting with the technical arguments to support applications, including undertaking retail impact assessments.
- Prepare advice to clients;
- Work with team members on developing planning strategies, preparing programmes and reviewing information;
- Drafting or reviewing reports, co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications/ appeals/ representations and Judicial Reviews;
- Supporting business development opportunities, assisting in firm-wide business development and preparing fee proposals;
- Developing individual client base and part generating own workload;
- Providing planning advice to clients and attending meetings;
- Responsible for maintaining continuing professional development
