We have deep experience across urban planning, energy transition and offshore wind. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a multisector practice with a strong focus on how we transition our communities through the energy transition and create sustainable future communities. We are presently delivering projects that are supporting the energy transition, including a broad range of renewable projects including solar farms, Battery energy storage systems, pumped hydro, and wind. You will be based within our Brisbane Place and Environment Team, a multi-disciplinary team which includes town planning, landscape architecture, survey/mapping and urban design. The RPS Brisbane planning team is the largest within RPS nationally and undertakes diverse and complex work for a range of public and private clients across Queensland and further afield.
We love solving problems and sharing knowledge and understanding by collaborating with the different skilled professionals in our teams across our RPS offices nationally.
We’re looking for someone keen to challenge themselves to find solutions and work collaboratively within a diverse team. We work with our deal advisory colleagues to provide commercially minded advice on infrastructure projects. We work with our communications and and project management teams as well as our environmental management, landscape architecture, urban design and survey teams to establish sustainable and practical project solutions.
This role is client facing with the opportunity to be the client liaison, and deal directly with other project team members, government and other key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to mentor and work with more junior team members, and will progress your career in an environment where you will be mentored and profiled as a professional.
