Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG is seeking to hire a (Senior) Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (M/F/D) to strengthen its German Team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious firm at an exciting time and contribute to building up and developing a European Financial Planning & Analysis Officer function. Working in the Finance Department, you will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for providing the Bank’s management with insightful information and analysis on the Bank’s performance. You will also drive the Bank’s forecasting, planning and budgeting process.
Job description:

Your role

  • Enhancing the Management Information System (MIS) and reporting process
  • Strengthening the monthly performance analysis (identifying and monitoring the profitability drivers, implementing activity-based costing, etc.) and budget monitoring
  • Improving the financial forecasting capabilities and forward-looking analysis (including sensitivity analysis, scenarios, stress tests, etc.), supporting the regulatory requirements (ICAAP/ILAAP, etc.)
  • Managing stakeholders from other corporate functions and the sales teams
  • Supporting FP&A-related projects
  • Strengthening the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, both with the Group as a whole and with the different business lines.

Profile description:

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, or a qualification deemed equivalent
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar position
  • A team player with keen analytical skills who can cope with stress and has a strong client-focused attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of standard IT applications and a skilled user of one or more analytical tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written.
