This is a critical role in leading masterplan developments, overseeing project planning, design, and cost control functions to establish a strong project plan with clear and achievable goals and timeline
- To coordiante the creation of masterplan, layouts, and infrastructure
- To oversee external stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- To execute all planning activities in accordance to business plans
- To coordinate interdepartmental efforts and achieve optimum resource allocation
- To define requirements for profitability, management approvals, and cost planning
- To oversee the execution of thorough research and planning to evaluate development potentials of new or exisiting land
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Town Planning/Civil Engineering/Architecture or any equivalent
- Proven track record in project & master planning
