Description:

The Digital Productivity Team sits within the Data Analytics and Governance Team and delivers information governance, information protection, quality, innovation and support services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ECU users. To underpin and deliver on these services we are seeking an experienced M365 Platform Administrator with outstanding interpersonal skills to assume a pivotal role in the team.
The Role
As the Senior Platform Administrator at ECU you will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing one of the most critical platforms for the university. You will work proactively to manage Microsoft platform workloads, production support, incident resolution, and development services that enable and improve Digital Productivity within the University. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to shaping our information and innovation practices and drive impactful changes across the organisation. You will be required to work independently and also collaborate with the wider team and other key stakeholders.
