We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead platform innovation and transformation initiatives, with a focus on handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the evolution of our technology platforms, ensuring seamless project execution, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Tasks:

• Platform Innovation - Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions for our technology platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for platform enhancement
• Transformation Initiative - Drive transformational projects aimed at optimizing platform performance, user experience, and overall efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• RFI & RFP Management - Manage the end-to-end process of Request for Information (RFIs) & Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, create compelling proposals, and meet submission deadlines
• Project Management - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring successful completion of various platform-related initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
• Risk Management & Quality Assurance - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues. Implement best practices for risk management and maintain a keen awareness of industry trends. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality platform solutions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Foster effective communication and collaboration with teams across the organization (including customer operations, IT, marketing, sales, finance & procurement). Ensure alignment of platform projects with overall business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in platform innovation and transformation
• Demonstrated success in managing the RFP process, from initiation to submission
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, innovation trends, and Telco industry best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1+)
