What you’ll get to do
Collaborate with a proficient team comprised of mechanical and controls engineering experts, as well as skilled trades manufacturing professionals, throughout the entire programming, tryout, and installation phases of projects.
Execute PLC logic and programming responsibilities at our build locations during the build and debug stage, and at customer locations during installation and launch phases.
Introduce programming enhancements in controls and logic systems aligned with customer changes or manufacturing requirements.
Configure and set up smart devices like cameras, nut runners, and drives, integrating them into active projects.
Gather data from machines according to customer requirements.
Identify and resolve issues, conduct tryouts, and validate I/O signals and interference zones within the system.
Thoroughly document controls logic changes in coordination with our engineering team.
Take charge of training PLC end-users at customer locations, showcasing Valiant TMS and employing results-oriented problem-solving skills.
Travel locally and internationally to support on-site at customer locations.
What we’re looking for
Experienced Experts: Leverage your Electrical Engineering/Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Robotic Studies education and 5+ years of experience in designing, installing, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic automated equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Travel & Hours Flexibility: Capacity to journey to various customer and company work sites internationally. In certain situations, you may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate the production timelines of our customers.
