JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consulting: Organization and lead of a consulting team able to shape business requirements, value and create Business Cases
- Organises and executes customer facing workshops
- Drives the business transformation aspects of the programme: Communications plan, training, internal programme politics
- Reports to the business the progress of the programme and create a positive mood around it.
- Has driven a consulting team on large PLM programmes
- Participate to the top governance of the programme and ensure a human transformation is ongoing and positive
- Makes sure of the people’s alignment to the programme objectives and facilitate the change
