Leidos is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to join our Digital Modernization sector. This position will be responsible for managing and processing a wide variety of program and contract data requests in support of DISA’s Risk Management Executive (RME) assessment and authorization cyber security program. To be successful, you will need to be well organized and have a background in managing data and processes for government contracts.
This is a hybrid position averaging 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote. The first few weeks of ramp-up will be fully onsite before telework becomes available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active US Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s and 6+. Additional work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and execute the vision of the program manager
  • Demonstrated “big picture thinking” and ability to focus on overall mission execution while handling both micro- and macro-level aspects of projects
  • Ability to work with leadership both at Leidos and with the government customers, including problem-solving of new tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to gain trust and respect of management, employees, and customers
  • Highly proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of government contracting functional areas including finance, contracts, security, and property asset management
  • Demonstrated willingness to be a team player and invested in the success of the team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with DoD/DISA networks and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, to include but not limited to data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, representing data in graphical formats
  • Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting a government contract PMO

Responsibilities:

  • Provides multiple levels of Program Management Office (PMO) support to the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) cyber security contract for DISA’s Assessment and Authorization Division
  • Functions as a liaison between the customer and the company, responding to requests for information and leading meetings between Leidos program leadership, subcontractor partners, the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and other customers
  • Assists the Program Manager with all administrative tasks supporting the successful management of cost, delivery, and schedule for the program
  • Executes projects as assigned with significant impact on the PMO, to include managing special initiatives such as Audits, Training Initiatives, Security compliance, etc.
  • Leads the maintenance of SharePoint portals and other repositories with up-to-date program information including property accountability, staff rosters, security records, staffing vacancies, etc.
  • Develops and executes the processes by which contractors onboard and off board the Task Order, to include working with Leidos Recruiting, HR, Security, and subcontractor partners
  • Oversees the staffing of all open positions on the task order by coordinating with the program manager, hiring managers, recruiting, and subcontracts
  • Manages, tracks and provides Data Knowledge Management support for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Works with a wide range of program staff and stakeholders to lead the development and management of the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) for the Task Order
  • Manages DoD 8570 and other training compliance for staff to meet contractual requirements
  • Compiles and generates data for presentation to the Program Manager, customers, and internal management using PowerPoint, Excel and Word on a regular basis
  • Manages project schedules, coordinating inputs from various members of the team
