Finance Experience:

  • SAP ECC, D365 and SAP Concur experience desirable
  • Experience working in a Project Accounting environment preferre

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Reporting Dashboards with Metrics/KPIs to support transparent and up to date reporting principles.
  • Drive Delivery Leads to complete status reports on time including leading regular status report review meetings.
  • Report and analyse program risks and issues, following up on mitigations and setting up business workshops when required.
  • Champion and drive improved Program reporting practices across the workstreams.
  • Risks and Issues management, monitoring and escalation to PMO Lead as required.
  • Program Management Team meetings – support meetings, take minutes, follow up actions with invitees and coordination of agenda for meetings, record and save recordings.
    Approximately 5 days of the month you will need to be as Program Finance Support for month end and ad hoc finance requests. Key finance activities will include: Project Reporting, Month end processing, SoWs/ Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing, Compliance, Query Handling.
    In addition to the above the role will also support the PMO Finance Lead with other activities as required.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Relevant Project or Program Management qualification
  • Expert using MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Visual design skills
  • Must have extensive PMO experience/background

Finance Experience:

  • SAP ECC, D365 and SAP Concur experience desirable
