Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
  • Perform analysis on divestments
  • Prepare management reports and board papers
  • Support annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Singapore portfolio
  • Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio
  • Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience in industrial real estate. Experience in a REIT will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
