NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant tertiary qualification at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level e.g public policy, health
• Able to work closely and form relationships with screening providers nationally to support them in the delivery of services
• Effective in leading multiple workstreams with focus and drive whilst maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
• Provide expert advice to improve the quality of delivery of our programmes whilst providing mentorship and support of the wider team
• Be open to new ideas and create a culture where individuals at all levels bring their ideas on how to ‘do it better’ to the table
• Identify opportunities to collaborate across the wider Prevention Directorate to deliver cohesive service improvement aligned with our strategic direction
