BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of relevant experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Leading and driving technology investments (programs) through ideation, sizing (costs and benefits), approval, and delivery
  • Ability to manage products of high complexity and/or scope
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Ability to handle and succeed with ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the portfolio of products (senior stakeholders, business line product managers, engineers, third party vendors, end users, etc.)
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a group of high performing, technical individuals
  • Ability to effectively drive results in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Financial management experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience working for other large corporations or financial institutions
  • Hands on knowledge and experience with MS Excel, MS Power Point, and Clarity
  • Hands on knowledge and experience with agile, product, and DevOps theories, principles, and practices
  • The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
