Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Consultant with a strong business acumen and exceptional customer-facing skills to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Finnish and have a deep understanding of Microsoft Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering successful BI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions tailored to meet clients’ business needs.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Power BI development and implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Power BI capabilities and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, trends, and industry developments to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development and consulting.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
