ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Similar experience at a senior level within a service provide or within the technical space having lead teams or service offerings preferably within an agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems including networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the application of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques and explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting strategy and direction. Driving, improving processes removing blockers, empowering a workforce to understand and deliver to the customers purpose.
  • Ability to thrive and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to forecast and control finances.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Senior Practice Manager to join the team at Fujitsu. This is pivotal leadership role in our service delivery business with a key focus on driving the automation and transformation of our processes to deliver exceptional customer-centric experiences in an agile environment.
As a leader will be responsible for overseeing a team across Australia and NZ who ensure the compliance to process standards are met, shaping the evolution of the practice to meet best practice technical standards and prioritising and empowering the growth and development of team members.
This role will have an impact to the success of our delivery to our customers, we are looking for someone passionate above service delivery but also leading by example and enabling the success of their people!
Ensuring we leverage the best of Fujitsu Globally and regionally, the successful person will be respected for their subject matter expert in their practice domain and will be required to contribute to the bid and sales processes and providing advice to wider team in instances of escalations. Work with colleagues at the top of their game!
