Responsibilities:
- Develop effective business strategies with minimal support/oversight from the Practice Director
- Lead and influence workgroup meetings resulting in clear action plans
- Ensure effective development of professional relationships with clients
- Have a developed knowledge of the external legal market, trends and developments, effectively used to identify and develop new market opportunities
- Observe confidentiality and comply with Chambers’ procedures, relevant regulations and sections of the Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and Wales
- Provide highly professional practice management
