JOB BRIEF

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Senior Presales Consultant who will be responsible for defining solutions for prospects and clients using our products and capabilities. The goal is to align these solutions with our client’s digital strategy and requirements. This involves conducting initial presentations, facilitating client discussions and workshops, and accurately documenting the proposed solution from start to finish.
Additionally, supporting this solution work entails creating and maintaining presentations, demonstrations, and documents to aid in the presales process. A technical background in digital technologies is essential for this role. The Senior Presales Consultant will report to the Head of Product Management & Pre-Sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate should have experience in using digital technologies to solve business problems.
  • Deeper understanding of digital trends in the market.
  • Banking Domain Products & Solutions Expertise added advantage.
  • Technical domain knowledge of digital technologies.
  • Possesses experience in coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with the Sales Team/Stakeholders.
  • Expertise in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, and pre-sales business documents.
  • 8 to 10+ Years of proven and strong experience in the above-mentioned skills and requirements.
  • Masters/bachelors in management or relevant field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
  • Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution.
  • While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
  • Attend meetings with our potential Clients and Channel Partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers.
  • He/ she must be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Experience in working with key stakeholders in the Company to progress an opportunity. This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
  • To build productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by our clients.
  • Should be able to create proposals that articulate our value proposition, the solution to the requirements of our clients and our approach to delivering the solution.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation.
  • The ability to create Solution documentation alongside a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.
